At Rip Curl, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Whether it is a wetsuit that doesn't fit or a boardshort style change, we make the process seamless for our crew.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is clean and has not been used in the water.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
