How do I choose the right wetsuit thickness?
Wetsuit thickness depends on the water temperature where you plan to surf. As a general guide, 2mm is ideal for water above 19°C, 3/2mm for 15-20°C, and 4/3mm for 12-15°C. Check our detailed size and temperature guide for more specifics.
What is the warranty policy on Rip Curl watches?
All Rip Curl watches are covered by a 2-year warranty on movements, a 1-year warranty on batteries, and a 1-year warranty on water resistance from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take for surfboards?
Surfboards require specialized handling and typically ship within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your board has been securely packed and dispatched from our warehouse.
Can I return a wetsuit if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Wetsuits must be returned in original condition with all tags attached and must not have been used in the water.
How do I care for my neoprene gear to make it last longer?
Always rinse your wetsuit with fresh water after every session, hang it to dry in the shade (never direct sunlight), and avoid using a standard wire hanger which can damage the shoulders.
